Watch your words

It makes not the slightest difference in the outcome whether your words lead you or others to action.  If they were good words they will produce good deeds; if you did not heed your words, evil deeds will arise, bringing harm to you and others, so beware!  But strive with all your might to let no day pass without having carried out at least one good deed.  Conquer yourselves.  Force yourselves to do things that come hard to you.  -  Buddha
